This season, the popular Club La Vigie on Monte Carlo Beach will delight guests with a new menu and a special shuttle service. René Blinot took charge of Monaco’s premier beach club this season, it was revealed in the winter of 2024. He succeeded Daniel Garcelon, who had worked as general manager for 20 years.
Club La Vigie has unveiled an updated menu from chef Pascal Garrigues. The summer menu emphasises seasonal vegetables, local grilled fish and the signature salt pan lobster. The evening menu has become more refined. For sweet lovers the chef has prepared novelties: author’s tiramisu, Pavlova in Club La Vigie style and refreshing fruit with pink lychee.
Another novelty for 2024 will be a complimentary boat transfer, allowing guests to reach Club La Vigie by sea from the port of Monaco (Port Hercule). Guests of the establishment will be able to use the shuttle service from Cap d’Ay, Eze-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat for an additional charge.
