Shelter a plant’ ecological action

More than 150 plants will be donated to residents on 13 November as part of an anti-waste campaign.

This year the ‘green’ campaign returns to Princess Antoinette Park where the public will be invited to take home plants of geraniums, sage, iris, begonias, coleus, formums and canna. Professional gardeners will be happy to share tips with those who come along and advice on planting and care.

Since the launch of the sustainable plant recycling initiative in 2022, Monaco City Hall has helped to give a second life to more than 1,000 seedlings by distributing them to residents of the Principality.
