The 47th Monte Carlo International Circus Festival unfolded under the grandiose dome of the Fontvieille tent. Laughter filled the hall, applause rang out and the audience was mesmerised by the performances of artists from all over the world displaying a stunning combination of art, power and glamour. Chaired by Princess Stephanie, the Festival concluded with the long-awaited announcement of the winners, a culmination of circus skills.
