Monaco Town Hall and Entreparents invite you to a family carnival on 28 February at 16:30 in the Condamine Market. The theme of the event will be superheroes.
Children and parents will be able to learn the technique of creating balloon figures, join various workshops, create author’s make-up and hear live musicians. Entrance to the event is free.
