A new affordable Italian restaurant, Semplice, will be opened in Monaco, whose owner was awarded a star in the prestigious Michelin Guide for his restaurant in London.

Marino Roberto will offer an authentic menu of fresh ingredients at affordable prices, as well as set breakfasts and lunches for €25 for those looking for a bite to eat during the working day. Guests will have a choice of 10 ever-changing dishes. In the evening from 17:00 to 18:30, bruschetta ‘all’olio d’oliva’ will be served as an aperitif, and for dinner the chef promises to please with more refined dishes and a special offer on the bar menu.

The small establishment is designed for 40 people in a chamber cosy atmosphere. The establishment will open in mid-February on Boulevard Albert I, opposite Port Hercule.
