From Friday 6 December 2024 to Sunday 5 January 2025, a festive fair has opened on the Quai Albert I. Residents and tourists will be able to sample delicacies and treats at 23 stalls and 24 chalets. Among the attractions for children and adults are a Ferris wheel, a Christmas tree carousel, a sleigh slide and this year’s novelty: the Merry Christmas Trail.
As in previous years, a walk through the heart of the Christmas Village will be remembered with colourful shows, dancers and acrobats who will transport the audience into a fairytale universe.
Free creative master classes (biscuit decorating, make-up workshops, etc.) will be organised for children in the Animation Chalet on weekends and during school holidays from 14:00 to 18:00. Father Christmas will meet the public on Monday, 23 December and Tuesday, 24 December from 14:30 to 18:30.
On New Year’s Eve, 31 December, the fair will feature live music and DJs from 21:00. The stage will be moved to the north side of the seafront, outside the Christmas Village, allowing for an additional 2,000 people. At midnight, festive fireworks will light up the sky.
From 20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, a Sports Village will open on the south quay of the Port of Monaco with a zipline, ninja tracks, a treetop adventure trail and climbing walls.
