On 19 July, Sporting Monte Carlo will host one of the most prestigious summer events in the Principality’s calendar — a charity gala for the Red Cross, which this year celebrates its 75th anniversary.

The main musical stars of the event will be London funk pioneers Jamiroquai. Founded in 1992 by frontman Jay Kay, the band has conquered millions of fans and has become one of the most successful in the world.

In addition to the musical performance, the programme of the evening includes an exquisite gala dinner.

On 14 July, from 18:00 to 22:00, you can join the Bastille Day celebrations at Condamine Market. The French-style ‘L’Apéro des Frenchy’ will take place to the sounds of French musical hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Guests will be able to play petanque and join quizzes.

On 12 July at 21:30, the Ana Carla Maza Quartet plays at the Fort Antoine Theatre. Caribe, the musicians’ signature sound style, is an energetic blend of jazz, classical music and Latin American rhythms. The spectacular vocalist plays the cello and is accompanied by drummers and a pianist. The album tells the story of Ana Carla Maza’s love letter to Latin America.

From 6 July to 1 September, Grimaldi Forum, in collaboration with the Tate Gallery, presents the exhibition ‘Turner: The Great Legacy’, icons of nineteenth-century British painting.

The ensemble of 80 unique works is presented in a new exhibition space of over 2000 square metres and will be a journey through Turner’s romantic world, from his landscapes to his canvases-experiments with light. The exhibition has been curated by Elizabeth Brooke, the Tate’s Senior Project Curator.

The great painter’s influences on painting will be reflected in dialogue with thirty works by leading contemporary artists including John Akomfrah, Olafur Eliasson, Richard Long, Cornelia Parker, Katie Paterson, Mark Rothko and Jessica Warboys. Tickets cost from 11 euros.

On 6 July, at 20:00, the Monegasque anti-aids organisation Fight Aids Monaco invites you to Sporting Monte Carlo for an evening of ‘Stars 80’. The programme includes a gourmet dinner and a musical performance.

This year Fight Aids Monaco celebrates an important date — 20 years since its foundation. Stars of the 80s will support the Monaco-based charity organisation with their participation and will put on a grand disco-style show.

The organisers recommend adhering to the 80s dress code.

On 5 July at 21:00 and 6 July at 23:00 Dele Sosimi will headline the summer festival at La Note Bleue restaurant. The musician performs signature Afrobeat, hailing from his home country of Nigeria.

After the grand Formula 1 race, the port of Hercule is ready to host a major new event. Iron horses with horsepower will be replaced by real horses in the Principality. Thoroughbreds from all over the world and their riders will compete for the title at the Jumping International de Monte-Carlo from 4 to 6 July.

From 1 to 6 July, the Principality is hosting the Energy Boat Challenge. The event, supported by the Yacht Club de Monaco, has become the leading international gathering dedicated to new technologies and alternative energy sources.

Each year, the event brings together young engineers from schools and universities around the world, giving them the opportunity to collaborate with leaders in the yachting industry. Last year, some 46 teams from 31 universities and 25 countries showcased their green innovations in Monaco.

This season, the popular Club La Vigie on Monte Carlo Beach will delight guests with a new menu and a special shuttle service. René Blinot took charge of Monaco’s premier beach club this season, it was revealed in the winter of 2024. He succeeded Daniel Garcelon, who had worked as general manager for 20 years.

Club La Vigie has unveiled an updated menu from chef Pascal Garrigues. The summer menu emphasises seasonal vegetables, local grilled fish and the signature salt pan lobster. The evening menu has become more refined. For sweet lovers the chef has prepared novelties: author’s tiramisu, Pavlova in Club La Vigie style and refreshing fruit with pink lychee.

Another novelty for 2024 will be a complimentary boat transfer, allowing guests to reach Club La Vigie by sea from the port of Monaco (Port Hercule). Guests of the establishment will be able to use the shuttle service from Cap d’Ay, Eze-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat for an additional charge.

On the 26th of June at 14:00 at the Rainier III swimming pool there will be a wet party for young people called Splash Party. Participants will be able to enjoy the pool and the 5 metre springboard, with a DJ setting the mood.

Entry is reserved for schoolchildren and residents of the Principality between the ages of 12 and 17.

Entry costs from €20 (includes unlimited soft drinks). Payment is made in cash on the day of the event.
