The Oceanographic Museum of Monaco invites you to the exhibition “Ice Giants”. Seven monumental works are located on the terrace and roof of the museum. Polar bears and emperor penguins are the main characters of the new exhibition by sculptor Michel Bassompierre. Prince Albert II welcomed the curators and guests to the opening.

The new exhibition includes five new creations: four polar bears and a three-meter emperor penguin. In addition to giant animal statues, guests will see original drawings and sketches, and will also be able to join a film show dedicated to the artist’s work. The main purpose of the exhibition is to highlight the problems of the northern region.

The exhibition will become part of the Polar Mission program and will last until October 6.
