The 63rd Monte Carlo Television Festival has chosen the winner of the international Golden Nymph award in the Most Promising Talent category. On June 14, at the opening ceremony, the prestigious award will be presented to British actress Simone Ashley.
The girl played Kate Sharma, the main female role of the second season of the popular series «Bridgerton». The Netflix telenovela has become a real global sensation and has gained fans all over the world. The show is based on the work of Julia Quinn and was directed and written by Shonda Rhimes. Previously, the actress appeared in the film adaptation of Disney’s The Little Mermaid as Ariel’s sister.
The British film star will attend the Monaco festival in June 2024.
