On 26 and 27 January 2025, the Principality celebrated the patron saint of Monaco, Saint Devota.
The princely couple and their children arrived for Holy Mass at the Church of St Devota and participated in the ceremonial burning of the symbolic boat. Prince Albert II, Princess Charlene, Crown Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella greeted the assembled townspeople before picking up torches and lighting the flame. That evening, those in attendance were treated to a colourful drone show that told the story of the saint’s life.
